Welcome to the doorstep of our Scout house.
You don’t need to take your shoes off.
Its floors will carry unlimited ideas, joyous laughter and authentic experiences. The doorway will see us out prepared for incredible adventures and welcome us back every time with the height of our spirits matched only by the width of our smiles.
Its broad windows will inspire the Scout community to plan and create life-changing adventures out in the open beside campfires, bringing a sparkle to every Guide and Scout’s eye. However, there are still a few more steps to take …
We invite you to take and hold your corner of the tarp and – just like we used to at ready, steady, go! – help us put up our Scout house. Join us under the same roof.

THE DESIGN OF THE SCOUT HOUSE MIRRORS THE SCOUT ORGANIZATION
Large windows reveal an open character and display engaging and homely activities inside. The connection to the Slovenian architectural heritage is reflected in the shape of the supporting structure, resembling "kozolec", a traditional wooden hayrack and an exemplary form of vernacular architecture.
Our Scout house will be open to all! The commitment is reflected in its design, an elevator and an open mezzanine available for all sorts of activities and occasions. Located in a peaceful neighborhood of the Slovenian capital, the Scout house can be easily reached by car, bicycle or even on foot.
The construction in the shape of a "kozolec" (a traditional Slovenian hayrack), with adaptable and multi-purpose interior elements and an outdoor fire pit, will keep inviting Scouts, Guides, Scouts and all other visitors to enjoy our ground floor area.
A large storage area in the basement will house quality camping equipment available to Guides, Scouts and all who want to be well-equipped for camping and outdoor activities.
We are committed to applying responsible, sustainable and modern principles to the construction. The house will be partially made of wood and designed in a way to harnesses available solar energy.
